We are delighted that you would like to make an application for a place at ArtsEd for your child. The information that you provide in this form will ensure that we are able to process your application quickly and efficiently, please complete it in as much detail as possible.

Before you submit the form you will be asked to:
- Upload the applicant's most recent school report
- In some cases, upload additional confidential information about the applicant, for example educational assessments, medical reports etc, or information about resident permits/visa
- Pay the £75 non-refundable audition fee

We recommend that you register early as applications are considered in the order that they are received. Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the school at the time offers are made. A copy of the school's terms and conditions can be supplied on request.

How we will use the information provided.

The information you provide will be used by the school during the admission process in order to manage and assess your application and the prospective pupil's suitability for a place at the school.

For example:
If the pupil is not offered a place, or if you do not accept an offer of a place, we will only retain this information for as long as we need to. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, information is kept for 12 months after the admissions process.
